![]() ![]() Received confirmation order was delivered. Initial order placed to be delivered on Monday February 13, 2023. I felt management would want to hear this. I have never had such a horrid experience ordering flowers before. Basically, the agent ended the chat only can say I am sorry. I felt I had a valid reason to express my concern to higher management. I asked if I can get an email to be told that that information isn't allowed to be given. I was forced to accept the March 6 delivery date so I asked for a supervisor or anyone higher up the ladder explaining I understand the person on the other end isn't directly responsible but this was unacceptable. Days after my mother's birthday and already ruined my surprise for her. Instead, March 6 is the earliest they would deliver. The next available date I expected is tomorrow. ![]() Now what was offered was 50% off the order and the $20 dollar coupon and delivery date as soon as possible. I had to explain the situation a number of times as well. I contacted 800flowers once again on live chat. Again no flowers and balloons were delivered. Who had offered me a $20 dollar coupon for my next order and to change the delivery to arrive at her house before 8 pm the same day. These were supposed to be same-day delivery within a 2 to 3 timeframe. I ordered flowers with balloons for my mother's birthday 3-3-23 to arrive at her workplace while visitors were there. Please be aware of my experience when considering this company for any future purchases. I sincerely hope that the company takes customer feedback seriously and strives to improve its products and services. Nevertheless, I want to convey my utmost disappointment and frustration. I had hoped to rate this company with zero stars, but unfortunately, it seems I am unable to do so when posting a review. It's disheartening to hear that even my own mother, while appreciative of the gesture, found the flowers from our local grocery store to be of superior quality. ![]() Considering the price I paid and the quality of the actual product, I can confidently say that I will never use this company again for any occasion. Needless to say, I am beyond dissatisfied with this company's products and services. However, as the third picture illustrates, the replacement was no better than the original delivery. Hoping for improvement, I eagerly anticipated the arrival of the replacement. They assured me that a replacement would be sent to match my mother's original delivery, but unfortunately, it would arrive a day after Mother's Day. Understandably frustrated, I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction. The second picture attached shows the stark difference between what I thought I was getting and what actually arrived. However, the reality of what was delivered to me one day before Mother's Day was a far cry from my expectations. The first picture I saw online, which I believed to be the arrangement I was ordering, looked absolutely beautiful. I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mother's Day (2023), and I must express my deep disappointment with the company's service. Highly disappointed for mother's day, and highly disappointed and 1-800 Flowers How fresh could they have been one sent to the customer. I don't know where these tulips came from? She wouldn't tell me where they shipped out from. Absolutely ridiculous 1-800 flowers! Are you not sending out flowers all over the whole country? How could you not replace the tulips, or send me something else, I said that was fine too. She said there was no replacement available for this. Who is going to make a future order with them!?! This was terrible customer service I had flowers that didn't even make it past 2 days he only got half his money back. This is half of what he spent and a 20% off coupon a future order. Not so I spent almost a half an hour on the phone with someone who kept texting back what can I do to resolve this issue what can I do to make you happy? She wound up just saying she would give my son half his money back, $32. By Monday the flowers were dying already petals falling off all of the Tulips I did not want it to tell him cuz I know he would want me to enjoy the flowers and certainly not have a problem but by Wednesday I felt so annoyed that I went on to do a live chat with someone who acted like they would certainly deal with the problem to my satisfaction. They arrived on a Saturday and I opened them up and did exactly what the directions said to cut off the bottoms and use the preservative pack. My son sent me too bunches of tulips for mother's day. ![]()
